Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins across a range of companies, from Fortune 100 to smaller businesses, acting as a consultative partner and building a robust book of business.

Expect a structured start with daily goals, then autonomy, a Monday–Friday schedule, and virtual appointments with no travel.

Qualifications

• Quota-carrying sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms for demos and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients.
• Target CFOs, HR and payroll admins to grow your book of business.
• Develop consultative partnerships and expand within accounts.
