Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using digital tools. You will target CFOs, HR admins, and business owners at companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses, providing expert guidance and building a strong book of business.

Expect top-tier training and access to latest sales tech for success. Daily goals around dials and appointments set the pace, with autonomy, a stable schedule (Mon–Fri, no weekends),

Qualifications

Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building help build relationships and achieve success.
A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Grow our business independently and with teams to close sales and reach goals.
Turn prospects into loyal clients and capture new business.
Deepen relationships within existing accounts across the ADP family.
Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners.
