Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using digital tools. You will target CFOs, HR and payroll admins, small business owners, and more at companies from Fortune 100 to startups, serving as a consultative partner and leveraging ADP's leading products.

Your daily goals will include dials, talk time, and appointments with autonomy and a set Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience helpful for teamwork, resilience, and relationship-building.
• College degree is great but not required; relevant skills matter more.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and hit targets as part of a team and independent work.
• Identify decision-makers and build a network to generate new business.
• Cultivate additional business within existing accounts and expand ADP's footprint.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners using ADP solutions.
