Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Power Leader to build and lead our market strategy at the intersection of digital infrastructure, power, risk, and capital. This role will advise clients on power availability, renewable integration, project finance, risk transfer, and capital solutions while expanding Aon's presence in AI-powered infrastructure growth.

Hybrid role with attendance in a nearby Aon office two to three days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or data center development.
• Proven ability to lead market growth and client advisory.
• Experience with project finance and risk transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a US-wide Digital Infrastructure Power strategy and market growth.
• Develop executive relationships with data center operators, utilities, investors, lenders, and infrastructure funds.
• Create a sustainable pipeline of advisory, analytics, capital, and risk transfer opportunities.
• Establish Aon as a thought leader in power and digital infrastructure.
