Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our Imaging Centers team. You will prepare and scan physical documents into digital formats to support our information conversion objectives and transform hard copy records into high-quality electronic images.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic PC skills, and the ability to work independently at a steady pace with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC operations knowledge.
• Ability to maintain accuracy at a sustained pace.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Document Preparation: Sort, file, and remove staples from hard copy records before scanning.
• Scanning Operations: Operate scanning equipment to convert physical files into electronic images with quality standards.
• Production Compliance: Follow production procedures and maintain tracking documentation and a secure work environment.
