Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking a Digital Specialist I to accurately prepare and scan large volumes of data into digital images, closely aligning with department hourly benchmarks. The role requires meticulous handling of documents, ability to adapt to changing customer specifications, and teamwork to support operations.

The position emphasizes consistent attendance, proficiency with scanners, and maintaining image quality across varied document types.

Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of the digital scanning process and how scanners work.
Ability to locate and select client files in the system for scanning to the correct location.
Punctuality and reliability in reporting to work and performing duties.
Understanding the need to meet departmental productivity benchmarks and quality standards.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Able to work both on a team and independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and scan paper documents according to customer specifications and directions.
Accept changes to specifications and directions and adapt to customer needs.
Use automatic feeder and flatbed scanner to scan various paper sizes.
Set scanner parameters per job to ensure accurate handling per specifications.
Maintain/clean scanners daily to ensure image quality.
Log document/box numbers for future retrieval.
Assist team with document preparation and indexing.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or Director of Operations.
