Job summary

U.S. Bank in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering thoughtful financial guidance with a digital-first approach.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while leveraging digital tools to meet goals and ensure an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
