Qualifications

• NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess customers’ banking needs and provide appropriate deposit and loan solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools; leverage digital channels for customer convenience.
