Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will foster trusted relationships, assess banking needs, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while guiding them through digital-first options.

The role requires NMLS registration, compliance with the SAFE Act, and the ability to open accounts and process credit applications. A high school diploma and retail banking experience are typically expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service technologies to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience with operational excellence and accuracy.
