Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically <4 years retail banking experience or related training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients via outreach and follow up.
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues.
• Solid knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions in a digital-first approach.
