Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels to assess banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and services and assist with self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and comply with NMLS and regulatory requirements.
