You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while collaborating with branch teams to serve customers efficiently. NMLS registration is required, with background and credit checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act and Reg Z.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels to assess banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and services and assist with self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and comply with NMLS and regulatory requirements.
