Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients across multiple channels (in-person, appointment, virtual).
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Collaborates with branch team to serve clients and optimize the client experience.
• Adheres to NMLS registration requirements and related background/credit checks.
