Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to customers via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools and financial products.
• Build proactive client relationships through outreach and follow-up.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to meet clients' needs.
• Adhere to NMLS licensing and complete required background and credit checks.
