Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel and determine banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and submit credit applications when appropriate.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Maintain knowledge of branch policies, support systems, and banking products to deliver accurate guidance.
