Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide trusted financial guidance.
• Explain and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Identify client needs and recommend solutions based on goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and handle service requests.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Process basic banking transactions with accuracy and compliance.
