Qualifications

• NMLS registration is required and background/credit checks will be performed.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborates with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and operational excellence.
