Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, providing informed financial guidance with a digital-first mindset.

You will identify client needs, open accounts, and educate on digital banking tools while collaborating with branch teams. A background in retail banking and NMLS compliance is preferred, with opportunities to grow across the bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies.
• Provides guidance on deposit and loan products and services and recommends suitable solutions.
• Ensures compliance with NMLS and regulatory requirements.
