U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will build trusting client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, process information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while promoting digital solutions.

The role requires strong communication, compliance with NMLS requirements, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act; background and credit checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and services to meet financial needs and drive adoption.
• Provides an optimal client experience and collaborates with branch team members to serve clients.
