Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, scheduled, and virtual interactions. You will assess financial needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and open accounts while leveraging digital first solutions.

You will build trusted relationships, work with branch teams, and support customers through a range of services and digital tools, ensuring accurate processing and strong service outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail banking experience is preferred; five or more years often required.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and a digital-first mindset.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to serve clients accurately and efficiently.
