Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment and digital channels, advising on deposits, loans and services. You will open accounts, process requests and promote digital tools to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma and typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience, with strong communication and a digital-first mindset to serve clients and collaborate with the branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years retail banking experience.
• Strong ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Familiarity with digital banking channels and self-service tools.
• Ability to process account openings and loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers across multiple channels to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and services.
• Identify solutions based on customer needs and recommend accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance including NMLS requirements.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent client experience.
