Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, educate customers on deposit and loan products, and tailor solutions with a digital-first approach.

This role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, background and credit checks. You will open new consumer and business accounts, support branch goals, and collaborate with teammates to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent client service.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
