Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture client relationships across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and educate customers on products, with a digital-first mindset to optimize the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients to assess banking needs and present suitable deposit and loan products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
