Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
• Assists customers with deposits, loans and digital banking products and services.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital self-service options and stays informed about evolving tech tools.
