Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trust-based relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment and virtual channels.

You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests and educate clients on deposits, loans and digital self-service tools. Alongside branch colleagues, you’ll drive effective outreach, participate in sales campaigns, and ensure accurate processing with a digital-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities
