Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels
• Gathers and processes customer and account information, opens accounts, and processes requests
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools
• Provides an optimal client experience with attention to accuracy and efficiency
• Supports branch team with proactive outreach and follow-up to meet clients' financial needs
