Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, explain products, and assist with opening accounts while delivering a digital-first customer experience.

Focus on building trust and long-term client relationships, with emphasis on cross-selling opportunities and accurate processing of transactions. NMLS not required but background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across multiple channels.
• Assess and attend to customers' banking needs and explain available deposit and loan products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests as needed.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and self-service technologies to improve their experience.
