Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years job related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across multiple channels.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and educates them on available deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products to meet their financial needs.
• Learns and uses available resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
