Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; typically <4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Proven ability to build relationships with clients through proactive outreach; effective communication; knowledge of bank policies and digital self-service tools; ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
