Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five+ years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Proven ability to build and foster relationships; effective engagement and communication; advanced knowledge of bank policies and products; customer service and interpersonal skills; experience with sales campaigns/promotions; familiarity with digital products and self-service tech.
