Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships across channels (in person, by appointment, virtual).

• Open consumer and business accounts and process related service requests.
