Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and services and self-service options.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Provides accurate processing of basic transactions and ensures operational excellence.
• Collaborates with branch team members to serve clients and improve experience.
• Maintains knowledge of bank policies and credit processes including NMLS requirements when applicable.
