• NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Explains and recommends deposit and loan products based on client needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial goals.
