Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, building trusted relationships and guiding banking decisions.

You will assess customer needs, explain products, and open accounts, while promoting digital self-service options to enhance the client experience. Successful candidates typically have 4–5 years of retail banking experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service and cross-selling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide sound financial counsel.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and tailor solutions to goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options to enhance the client experience.
