Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across channels, including in person, by appointment, and virtually, with a digital-first approach.

You will open consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on digital products while aligning solutions to their goals. A focus on service quality and collaboration with the branch team is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience of less than four years or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
• Ability to build client relationships and educate customers on digital self-service options.
• Strong knowledge of applicable branch policies and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and completes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools to meet their financial needs.
• Collaborates with branch team members to best serve clients and ensure operational excellence.
