Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act; background and credit checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Provide proactive outreach and follow-up to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
