Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with digital self-service technologies and digital banking products.
• Solid knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
