Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via in-person, appointment, and digital channels to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and assist with deposits and loans.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools to meet needs.
