Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and services to meet financial needs.
• Develop partnerships with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Possess knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
