Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to advise customers through in-person, by-appointment, and digital channels, helping them reach their financial goals with a digital-first approach.

This role emphasizes strong client relationships and compliant service within a robust banking environment. The position requires NMLS registration and offers opportunities to open accounts, recommend deposit and loan products, and collaborate with branch teams while guiding clients through digital tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
