Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across multiple channels (in person, by appointment, virtually).
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking products and self‑service options.
• Provide accurate, compliant guidance and operate with a digital-first mindset.
