Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically <4 years of retail banking experience or combined experience and training.
• Strong relationship-building and client outreach.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service tech.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Finance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
