U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build client relationships across in-person, appointment, and digital channels while delivering trusted guidance and leveraging a digital-first mindset.

You will open accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on digital tools. Collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients and ensure operational excellence and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z; background/credit checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet needs.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to serve clients and ensure accuracy.
• Provide proactive outreach and follow up to understand clients' financial needs.
