Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, and educate clients on digital products while delivering accurate financial solutions with a digital-first mindset.

You will build trusted relationships, manage servicing requests, and collaborate with the branch team to provide an exceptional client experience and compliant service every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and multiple channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to meet customers’ financial goals.
