U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide thoughtful financial guidance and a digital-first experience.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, educate clients on digital tools, and partner with branch teams to ensure accurate, compliant service while addressing each customer's unique needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch teammates and partners to best serve clients.
• Deliver a consistent, accurate client experience with attention to policies and procedures.
