Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Strong ability to engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Provide guidance on deposit and loan products and services.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools.
• Develop partnerships with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Identify solutions based on each client’s needs and channel preferences.
• Ensure operational excellence and accuracy in all client interactions.
