Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services and make tailored recommendations.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Promote digital and self-service banking tools to improve client experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver outstanding client service and seamless operations.
