Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels with a digital-first approach.

You will assess financial needs, process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while building trusted client relationships. In this role, you will open new accounts, complete service requests, and reference digital product capabilities to meet customer goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Greet customers, process basic transactions, and open new consumer or business accounts.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options and available products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients efficiently and accurately.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions based on goals.
