Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multi-channel engagement (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Identify client needs and recommend deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to improve the client experience.
