Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and retail banking exposure.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through outreach and follow up.
• Strong communication and knowledge of digital banking products and services.
• Familiarity with bank policies and support systems; ability to explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
