Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, providing trusted financial guidance with a digital-first approach.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital tools while collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and systems.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital tools to meet financial goals.
